  • To propose ways to close the technical and technology gaps for various identified EOR processes from R&D scope to pilot and field application.

  3. Early Field Development (EFD) and Early Production System (EPS) 

  • To propose proven strategies for accelerating and enhancing value creation and return in the producing and mature fields
  • To provide cost effective solutions in development expansion and production enhancement as well as debot tlenecking and increasing the topside/facility capacities via Extension-Expansion-Tie in (EET) Concept.
  • The method is based on innovative solutions tied to the effective technologies such as Leased MOPU, FSO/FPSO, Subsea concept, flexible riser and pipeline, lightweight structure, fir-for-purpose and cheap wells, ham mering bird concept, etc.
  • To provide workable partnership set-up (from study to development and operation) to apply the proposed concept with almost 30% of the time required compared to the normal field development schedule.

 

4. Field/ Reservoir Management/Surveillance Solutions 

  • To propose workable framework, best practices and guideline on reservoir surveillance and management strategies throughout the field lifecycle.

  • To provide methodologies for maximizing the value of the company’s resources through enhancing the recovery, optimizing the production and reducing the uncertainties and cost.

  • To propose a quantitative monitoring tool and KPIs to ensure the operational compliance and assess the field/operation performance, effectiveness of the RMSP implementation across the fields in the country against the set standards and benchmarks.
